Students from Food Technology program have received Scholarships for Undergraduate Student Mobility Program 2018 from Mahidol University for research activity in China

Ms. Natrapee Panthong (left), 4th year student of Food Technology program, Mahidol University Kanchanaburi Campus (MUKA), has received Scholarships for Undergraduate Student Mobility Program 2018 from Mahidol University. Ms. Pimploy Kantiwong (right), 4th year student of Food Technology program, MUKA, has received Scholarships for Undergraduate Student Exchange Program 2018 from MUKA. Both of them have participated the exchange program at South China University of Technology (SCUT), Guangzhou, P.R. China during March 1 – April 30, 2018 (61 days totally). Ms. Natrapee and Ms. Pimploy have joined this program to carry out some parts of their senior research project entitled “Effect of lipids on starch digestibility and physical properties of rice starch and rice flour” at SCUT under supervision of Prof. Huang Qiang (middle), School of Food Science and Engineering, SCUT and Asst. Prof. Dr. Rungtiwa Wongsagonsup, Division of Food Technology, MUKA.
