Registration

Regular registration is due by November 8^th, 2023 until 23:59 pm (GMT +7hr Bangkok), which covers the ice breaking session, abstract volume, lunches, morning and afternoon breaks throughout the conference. Payment is requested to be made via bank transfer (TBA). Receipts, invitation letters and other necessary documents will be provided. Any further information, please contact the organizing committee secretariat via the e-mail muigc@mahidol.ac.th.

Technical Sessions (January 9^th-12^th, 2024)*

* The registration fee is non-refundable. The registration fee rates include the total of 9 meals (lunch & dinner) during the conference, a mid-conference trip on January 11^th, 2024, and roundtrip transportation between Suvarnabhumi airport (BKK) and the conference venue.

These fees DO NOT include the cost of the hotel stay.

Post-Conference Excursion (Jan. 13^th-16^th, 2024)**
