"2025 KNUE-MUKA UNITWIN Teacher Training Program for Quality Teacher Education" for Teachers and Educational Personnel from the Kanchanaburi Official of Learning Encouragement (Sai Yok, Si Sawat, Thong Pha Phum, and Sangkhla Buri Districts)

On 7 July 2025, Asst. Prof. Dr. Waraporn Threeprom, Assistant to the Vice President for Kanchanaburi Campus in Plan and Research, together with Prof. Dr. Young-Hoon Kim, Project Director of the UNESCO UNITWIN Program, presided over the opening ceremony of the International Workshop, “2025 KNUE-MUKA UNITWIN Teacher Training Program for Quality Teacher Education under the theme STEAM and Transformative Education for Sustainable Development”. The program also included the 2025 Capacity Building Program for Teachers in the KNUE-MUKA UNESCO UNITWIN Network.
This workshop has been organized by Mahidol University, Kanchanaburi Campus, led by Dr. Nitima Sutapin and Dr. Chutamas Sukhontapatipak, along with faculty members from the Kanchanaburi Campus. The event was conducted in collaboration with Korea National University of Education (KNUE), Republic of Korea, represented by Prof. Dr. Jungjoo Sohn, Vice Project Director of the UNESCO UNITWIN Program, and Prof. Dr. Taejin Choi.
The program aims to strengthen the capacity of teachers from schools affiliated with the Kanchanaburi Campus network. It is held specifically for teachers and educational personnel from the Kanchanaburi Official of Learning Encouragement in Kanchanaburi Province—Sai Yok, Si Sawat, Thong Pha Phum, and Sangkhla Buri Districts—from 7-8 July 2025 at the Vimandin Development and Training Center, Kanchanaburi Campus, Mahidol University.
