On March 7, 2025, Mr. Krit Khaobang, Assistant to the President for, Kanchanaburi Campus, Mahidol University, along with Asst. Prof. Dr. Watcharra Chintakovid, Assistant to the Vice President for Kanchanaburi Campus in Education, Asst. Prof. Dr. Waraporn Threeprom, Assisstant to the Vice President for Kanchanaburi Campus in Plan and Research, Asst. Prof. Nongnuch Sungayuth, Assistant to the Vice President for Kanchanaburi Campus in Public Service and Community Relations, and faculty members of Kanchanaburi Campus, warmly welcomed Mr. Anan Lapsuksatit, President of K Agro-Innovate Institute (KAI), under Kasikornthai Foundation, and his delegation.

The visit aimed to discuss research and academic collaboration under the “Nan Sandbox” Project, an initiative that integrates interdisciplinary knowledge to promote and develop high-potential crops and medicinal plants. The project seeks to enhance the quality of life for farmers in Nan Province while preserving the upstream forest ecosystem. The delegation also had the opportunity to tour the Kanchanaburi Campus and surrounding areas.
