Student Accommodation

Kanpai 1 and Kanpai 2 are served for female and male students respectively.  Each building has 10 flats and is equipped with RFID main door security, CCTV, and fire alarm system.  One 35-m2 common room with microwave and refrigerator is provided and one self-service laundry is operated for 24 hours for each building.  100% WIFI coverage with multiple device access is provided for all building area.  Cleaning in the main corridor and shared area is undertaken every day.  Parking lots for cars and motorcycles are also provided.  Guards are operated for 24 hours and automatic RFID entrance gate for this area is provided for security.    

Each flat has 4 single bedrooms, two toilets, two shower rooms with electric heaters, and shared 24-m2 common room.  Each bedroom is well equipped with air-conditioner, wardrobe, desk and chair, storage, LAN access, and private balcony.  Price for one person per month is THB 2,200.  Electricity bill will be charged monthly by combined electrical usage from separated room meter and shared common area meter.  Another charge for main infrastructure service and electricity usage is THB 100 per month.

Ratchapruk 1 and Ratchapruk 2 are two-storey buildings and served for male students.  Each building has 16 bedrooms.  Each bedroom has 5 beds, wardrobes, desks and chairs, and balcony.  Each floor has 4 shared toilets and 4 shared shower rooms.  100% WIFI coverage with multiple device access is provided for residential area.  24-hour CCTV and fire alarm system are also operated for safety.  Cleaning in the main corridor and shared area is undertaken every day.  Price for one person per month is THB 900.  Electricity bill will be charged and shared monthly by electrical usage from each bedroom meter.

Hiranyika 1, Hiranyika 2, and Hiranyika 3 are four-storey buildings and served for female students.  Each building has 42 bedrooms.  Each bedroom has 4 beds, wardrobes, desks and chairs, and balcony.  Each floor has 8 shared toilets and 8 shared shower rooms.  100% WIFI coverage with multiple device access is provided for residential area.  RFID main door security, 24-hour CCTV and fire alarm system are also operated for safety.  Cleaning in the main corridor and shared area is undertaken every day.  Price for one person per month is THB 900.  Electricity bill will be charged and shared monthly by electrical usage from each bedroom meter.
