On September 13, 2022, Asst. Prof. Nongnuch Sungayuth, Assistant to the Vice President for Kanchanaburi Campus in Public Service and Community Relations and Director of the AIC, along with Asst. Prof. Pornpawee Worasatepongsa, lecturer from the Division of Business Administration, participated in the Board of Directors Meeting for the registration of Geographical Indication Local Products “Thong Pha Phum Durian” 1/2565 in collaboration with the Office of Commerce in Kanchanaburi Province. The meeting was presided over by Mr. Somwang Boonrayong, Deputy Governor of Kanchanaburi Province, and was attended by government agencies in the Kanchanaburi area with the objective of informing the Board of Directors and the working group to prepare an application for registration of geographical indications, “Thong Pha Phum durian” products (Kanchanaburi Provincial Commercial Office). On this occasion, Mahidol University Kanchanaburi Campus also participated in explaining the project details and reporting the results of the project in the past. The meeting took place at the Tubtim 1 Meeting room, 2nd floor, Kanchanaburi Provincial Administrative Organization.
