Collaboration between Mahidol University (MU) and South China University of Technology (SCUT) launched by the virtual signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding
On January 3, 2023, Prof. Banjong Mahaisavariya, M.D., President of Mahidol University, and Prof. Zhang Liqun, President of South China University of Technology, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Mahidol University and South China University of Technology. The virtual ceremony was attended by Asst. Prof. Dr. Thatchavee Leelawat (Vice President for Information Technology and Kanchanaburi Campus), along with Dr. Amnat Jarerat (Assistant to the Vice President of Kanchanaburi Campus for Academic Affairs and International Relations), Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chalat Santivarangkna (Director of the Institute of Nutrition), Assoc. Prof. Dr. Warangkana Srichamnong (Assistant Director for Collaboration Networks and Academic Services, Institute of Nutrition), and lecturers from the Food Technology Program, MUKA, including professors from SCUT.
This MoU shall foster a friendly relationship through mutual cooperation in education and research and be marked as the first step for the two universities to achieve more and be able to continue to develop even stronger relationships and friendships between SCUT and MU.
