On May 13^th, 2023, the Environmental Engineering and Disaster Management Program hosted the 3^rd International Seminar on Environmental Engineering and Disaster Management (IEED3) under the theme of “How to fight against climate change and disaster.” There are 4 professor talks and 8 student presentations from 6 institutes around the world. There are UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timor (Indonesia), Van Lang University (Vietnam), University of York (United Kingdom), University of Yamanashi (Japan), and National Institute of Natural Hazards (China). The aims for this seminar are to promote undergraduate or graduate students developing self-motivation and individual’s competitiveness and to enhance the roles of the students as global citizens in driving the UN sustainable development goals.
