On August 26, 2022, Mr. Krid Khaobang, assistant to the Vice President for Kanchanaburi Campus in Operation and Environment, participated in the MoU Signing Ceremony concerning supporting a comprehensive foundation economy towards sustainable development of the quality of life in local communities between the Cooperation Committee of Kanchanaburi and Partnership in Kanchanaburi Province, including Mahidol University Kanchanaburi Campus, Kanchanaburi Rajabhat University, Provicial Community Development Office of Kanchanaburi, Kanchanaburi Provincial Social Development and Human Security Office, and The Community Organizations Development Institute (CODI) in Kanchanaburi Province. The ceremony was organized by the Secretariat of the Community Organization Council Kanchanaburi, Office of the Faith Institute, Kanchanaburi Rajabhat University, at Orapim Conference Room, Academic and Graduate Services Center.

The important roles of MUKA in this MoU were to support the concerned personnel on scientific equipment and laboratories by using science and technology mechanisms to cause research innovation development and local wisdom in the form of bio-economy circular economy and a green economy (BCG economy model), which lead to sustainable production from upstream, midstream, and downstream by sharing and exchanging knowledge on agricultural production, as well as all factors in agricultural work for cost reduction and using technology to improve the quality of life for the community.
