On June 23, 2025, Asst. Prof. Dr. Parisa Nimnate and Dr. Apivut Veeravinantanakul, faculty members of the Geoscience Program, led a group of 10 students from the Geoscience program to participate in the “MUKA – PKU Wutai Field Trip 2025” — an academic exchange and geological fieldwork activity. They also served as academic advisors to the participating students. The program takes place from June 22 – July 7, 2025, at Peking University, People’s Republic of China. The project is supported by a mobility grant for staff and students from the Division of International Relations, Mahidol University.

On this occasion, the faculty and students from Kanchanaburi Campus were warmly welcomed by Prof. Bing Shen from the School of Earth and Space Sciences, Peking University, who also extended his best wishes for the students to gain valuable knowledge and experience from participating in this exchange program.
