On December 1, 2024, Asst. Prof. Dr. Thatchavee Leelawat, Vice President for Kanchanaburi Campus, warmly welcomed Prof. Matthias Ruth, Pro-Vice-Chancellor for Research, Prof. Rob Marchant, Professor of Tropical Ecology and VV Project Leader, along with the Valuing Voices Team from the University of York, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

The delegation engaged in knowledge exchange on sustainability, visited the Geoscience Museum, and toured the surrounding areas of the Kanchanaburi Campus, Mahidol University. Additionally, Dr. Nitima Sutapin, a lecturer from the Division of Science and Liberal Arts, together with fellow researchers, led the group to visit Ban Wang Sala School in Tha Muang District, Kanchanaburi Province. This school serves as a demonstration school for sustainable development under the supervision of Kanchanaburi Campus, Mahidol University.

During the visit, discussions and exchanges were held on the topic “SDGs Clinic (Feedback and Suggestions for Improvement)” from December 1–2, 2024.
