On June 4, 2025, Asst. Prof. Dr. Waraporn Threeprom, Assistant to the Vice President for Kanchanaburi Campus in Innovation and Research, presided over the opening ceremony of the “Workshop on Basic Educational Research in Qualitative and Quantitative Approaches” for staff in interdisciplinary fields at Mahidol University, Kanchanaburi Campus.

The workshop was organized to provide participants with knowledge about the general characteristics and significance of educational research problems, literature reviews, an understanding of both quantitative and qualitative educational research, research tools and quality assessment, as well as examples of educational research studies.

The workshop was honored to have Dr. Kiatyos Kuldetchaicharn and Dr. Supakit Buanakanpat from the Center of Excellence in Health Science Education, Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, as guest speakers.

The event was held from June 4 to 5, 2025, at Guilin Meeting Room, Felix River Kwai Resort Hotel, Kanchanaburi Province.
