Workshop on “Modified Starch Production and Its Applications in the Food Industry”
On November 20, 2024, Asst. Prof. Dr. Amnat Jarerat , Assistant to the President for Kanchanaburi Campus, along with faculty members from Food Technology Division, welcomed Dr. Burachat Sritongtae, Technical Food Manager, and a team of experts from Siam Modified Starch Co., Ltd. The team conducted a practical workshop titled “Modified Starch Production and Its Applications in the Food Industry” for Food Technology students.
The workshop was part of a project aimed at strengthening the collaboration between Food Technology Division and industrial sector. Its objectives were to enhance skills and knowledge of food technology for students and personnel, preparing them for careers in the industry, and to establish a network for knowledge and resource exchange with the private sector. This collaboration seeks to develop innovations aligned with future market demands.
The project, led by Lecturer Rarisara Impaprasert, took place at the Co-Working Space, Lecture Hall Building, Kanchanaburi Campus.
