Knowledge Management

MUKA emphasizes the importance of knowledge management to facilitate knowledge exchange among personnel.  This involves extracting knowledge from practical experience or skills developed through experience and applying it in work practices.  A Digital KM Masterclass committee has been appointed to formulate policies, implement knowledge management operations, and oversee the dissemination of knowledge through the Digital KM Masterclass system at the faculty level and university level.  The process includes:

  1. Extracting knowledge from process/work development: Every department proposes topics for mutual learning and improvement of work processes monthly, with regular activity evaluations.  Knowledge is stored and disseminated through the Digital KM Masterclass system.
  2. Extracting knowledge from retirees/employees who have potential and resign: Knowledgeable personnel is selected and interviewed and their expertise is then recorded through video interviews, seminars, or content articles. Knowledge is stored and disseminated through the Digital KM Masterclass system.

  3. Extracting academic/professional knowledge: Academic and professional personnel extract and disseminate knowledge through academic articles via the designated channels and the Digital KM Masterclass system.

It should be noted that the dissemination of knowledge through the Digital KM Masterclass system is Faculty level. Personnel from the Kanchanaburi Campus can access learning materials.  If there is a desire to disseminate knowledge at the university level, the corresponding knowledge must be submitted to the Digital KM Masterclass Committee at the university level for selection and dissemination.
