Retirement
Personnel of Kanchanaburi Campus, Mahidol University are required to retire at the age of 60. However, the university or MUKA may employ individuals with high potential up to the age of 70. Upon retirement, personnel in the university employee and MUKA employee groups reaching the retirement age will receive compensation of up to 13.3 times their monthly salary. In addition, personnel in the university employee, MUKA employee, permanent wage employee, and temporary wage employee groups who are insured will receive severance pay or pension depending on requirements of social security fund.
