Onboarding

When MUKA recruits new personnel, AHR will arrange knowledge and training to the new personnel according to the type of employment and job positions.  Difference in type of employment and job position may lead to differences in receiving benefits and privileges. Therefore, understanding of the work needs to be fostered in order to adapt quickly to the organization.  The following table shows how we train onboarding staff.
